Thanks for nothing!

Today I would like to mention two answers from previous queries of mine that I have received in the last days, which are not very friendly at all.

Firstly, I bought an Epson printer just after Christmas and then I learnt that I could get a free ticket for some cinemas in Madrid. All I had to do was sending some documents to Incentive Flash (in Marbella, Málaga). Well, finally, I could not get the free cinema tickets because I forgot to include in my letter an envelope and a stamp, for them to send me back my card... Amazing, how mean anyone can be, it seems they cannot run in the awesome expense by themselves!

The second one refers to Noris Bank, an online German bank. Due to work, I need to open a bank account in Germany and a colleague talked to me about this bank. So, I visited their website and, since I still had some doubts, I sent them an email, asking some questions in English (just because I feel more comfortable talking about bank accounts in English than in German). I got the answer some days ago, also in English: only if I write in German, they can provide me with the information I need. I do not know how to reply them, all I can say is that they have lost a customer...
