"The departed" again

Yesterday I watched "The departed" from the second time of my life. This time I was at home but, again, I watched the film in the original version, in English. Similarly to what happened in December 2006 when I went to the cinema, I feel I must write something about it in the blog.

The main point of this post is that I hate Collin Sullivan, the character played by Matt Damon: he is so mean, so evil, such a rat. Oh my God, he is some of the evilest characters in movies, because he has a clear idea of what he wants to get and nothing (ethics, loyalty, friendship or whatever) and nobody (friend, helper, inocent person or whoever) stops him. He is not a monster like Alien or a killer like Norman Bates or anything like that, he just looks like perfect but inside him, everything is rotten. I think that one of the best moments of the films (and of all the films ever) is also found in "The departed" and Mark Wahlberg should eternally be thanked for it.

In general terms, the film is one of the best I have ever wachted and I strongly recommend it.
